Outstanding issue, one of the best (if not the best) issues in years. Every story was amusing and creative, and art was imaginative and well-detailed.
"Gnaws"
By Brian Posehn and Gerry Duggan
Art by Hilary Barta

Blinky the three-eyes fish has continued mutating, and is soon larger than a shark. He terrorizes the people of Springfield by going on a feeding frenzy. The best story of the issue; Hilary Barta's art was very nice, and the story was humorous and flowed very well. I loved the many references to not only 'Jaws', but also 'The Simpsons' itself (there's a comment on how Blinky's been growing "for almost 19 seasons...I mean years", and the Be Sharps randomly turn up in a small row boat while Frink, McCallister and Wiggum hunt for the giant fish).

"They Draw"
By Patton Oswalt
Art by Jason Ho and Mike Rote

Very imaginative story, although it is very short. Lenny finds a pair of sunglasses, and plans to give them to Carl for his birthday. However, he discovers that when he wears them, it turns his entire life into a comic book sketch. Very funny story, although not very 'horrifying', and I love the little "dot points" given to certain characters. Written by Patton Oswalt from "Ratatouille".

"Prop, Prop, Fizz, Fizz"
By Ian Boothby and Pia Guerra
Art by Pia Guerra

Ian Boothby and wife Pia Guerra finally team up on a book that Boothby is no stranger to. Bart, Lisa and Milhouse all fall victim to Comic Book Guy's shelf of cursed movie props, causing the characters to appear in the films the props were originally used in. Very funny, and there are a lot of well-written movie parodies. The art is slightly off model throughout, but for a story like this it works incredibly well.

"The Pygmy Elixir"
By Thomas Lennon
Art by Tone Rodriguez

Thomas Lennon of "Reno 911!" supplies the script for the last story of the issue; Mr. Burns, Smithers and Bart delve into the Amazon to find an ancient tribe, in hopes of receiving the 'Pygmy Elixir'; a substance that allows it's user to revert to the age of 20. Pretty enjoyable, although it's amongst the weaker stories of this issue. Like all of the other stories, the art is very good, although the script has a few problems towards the end (mainly because of the abrupt ending).
An interesting note is that there is actually a lot of scenes in this where nudity is prominent; Ms. Krabappel goes swimming naked in the first story, and in most panels her chest is almost fully visible; Captain McCallister also wears a thong during this story (well, you definitely get the "Horror" part, then!), and in the last story, Smithers and Burns are stripped and placed in a large cauldron, while you don't see anything, Smithers is drawn throughout this sequence to be looking at Burns' nether regions.
