Bowl Me Over
Script - Ian Boothby
Pencils - Phil Ortiz
Inks- Mike DeCarlo
Colors - Art Villanueva
Letters - Karen Bates

Fairly good issue, definitely among one of Boothby's best. Easily comparible to his first full length story from exactly 100 issues ago. The art is very good, and while the inking isn't done to perfection it still keeps a nice cartoony sense to the entire thing. The two stories (Homer street bowling and Ralph being framed as El Barto) join together very nicely numerous times throughout the issue. Personally I don't really like the fact that Bart confessed to being El Barto, but on the other hand it will have been difficult to end in such a great manner if he hadn't.
